Consensual commercial adult sexual services should not be a crime and in New South Wales, New Zealand, Northern Territory, Victoria and soon Queensland they aren’t. Australian States & Territories have accepted the wealth of internationally supported evidence as well as the lived experience of sex workers and decriminalised the sex industry.
Sex workers in these places can now access workplace protections and rights available to other workers & the sex industry can now be regulated by existing regulatory frameworks for adult industries.

It’s time for South Australia, our once progressive state, to catch up and decriminalise sex work too but we need as many voices as possible to keep the pressure on our politicians.
